Michael Mowla is a criminal appellate law specialist. His principal office is in Dallas.  He is Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Appeals of Criminal Cases: Mowla represents clients on appeal before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas, and all Texas Courts of Appeals.

Civil Litigation: Mowla represents clients in complex civil litigation at trial in Texas courts and all United States District Courts in Texas, and on appeal in Texas appellate courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Cases include pro-Second Amendment issues, civil forfeiture, breach of contract, products liability, partnership disputes, real estate disputes, defamation, and civil rights actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
