Frank Crowley Courts

I provide legal services in almost any criminal law matter, whether at felony or misdemeanor trial, on a probation revocation, or in a juvenile matter. I represent clients at trial before district courts (state felony trial courts), county criminal courts, and federal trial courts. I represent clients on appeal to any of the Texas Courts of Appeals, on petition for discretionary review to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and on petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.

I also provide representation on postconviction habeas corpus in state courts, on postconviction habeas corpus in any of the Texas federal courts, and on applicable appeals of postconviction habeas corpus to the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit from any federal district court in Texas. Finally, I provide representation before the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.

I am Board Certified in Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
